Position Overview:
As a Personal Trainer at Fitness 419, you will work one-on-one with clients to develop personalized fitness programs, provide guidance and motivation, and help them achieve their fitness goals. Your expertise will play a vital role in creating a positive and impactful experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients' goals and fitness levels.
- Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide ongoing motivation, support, and accountability to clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and techniques to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
