Job Description

We seek a seasoned Power Platform Architect skilled in end-to-end solution delivery who excels at both presales and project implementation. In this role, you will guide clients through the next generation of AI-driven solutions, focusing on Copilot Studio capabilities. Success requires sharp technical acumen, strong communication skills, and a fervent commitment to customer outcomes. By joining our team, you will play a leading role in shaping AI-powered solutions that balance innovation with real-world complexity. Key Responsibilities
1. Discovery & Analysis
o Conduct workshops to identify business challenges and goals
o Translate requirements into clear, actionable solution designs
2. Solution Design & Delivery
o Leverage Copilot Studio, Power Platform features, and AI integration frameworks
o Prepare solution architectures, PoCs, proposals, and cost estimates
o Implement Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and integrations
3. Client Engagement & Presentations
o Collaborate with internal teams to shape winning proposals
o Present technical designs and demonstrate solution viability
o Educate clients on Power Platform best practices and emerging AI innovations
4. Ongoing Consultation & Leadership
o Advise on environment strategy, security, permissions, ALM, and governance
o Engage in continuous learning around Power Platform enhancements
o Contribute to go-to-market strategy and refine messaging for Copilot Studio services

$55/hour to $60/hour


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
PL-400: Power Platform Developer
PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect
Other related certifications (e. g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Dynamics 365, or Azure Fundamentals) are also highly valued
8+ years in professional services (consulting and/or pre-sales)
6+ years in Power Platform
3+ years in AI-integrated customer engagements
Proven track record translating customer needs into innovative solutions
Strong presentation and communication skills
Hands-on experience with Power Virtual Agents or Copilot Studio
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Field Service)
Competency in Azure services (AI Platform, App Services, Queues/Service Bus, Functions, Identity)
Experience with version control, pipelines, and Agile methodologies
