About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Water and Wastewater Engineering to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise for its Central Texas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the division's vision, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and profitable projects. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in managing teams, project scope, schedules, and budgets, particularly in the context of municipal projects. The Vice President will also be the senior technical authority for water and wastewater systems, overseeing the design, evaluation, and master planning of treatment plants, pipelines, and related infrastructure. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred, and an active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license. The role demands a candidate with a detailed project resume showcasing recent experience in water treatment plants, wastewater plants, pipeline projects, and tunnels. Strong client-facing and engagement skills are essential, with a preference for those who have experience with municipal clients in the region. The Vice President will be expected to build and maintain relationships with municipalities and public agencies, as well as to recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers and project managers. Quality assurance, compliance with regulatory standards, and a focus on technical excellence are also key aspects of the position.
