Job Description

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing a unique customer relationship focus on innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop software according to user requirements, functional and technical design specifications.
  • Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
  • Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures.
  • Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and anomalies.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience in developing complex solutions on Salesforce.
  • Experience in developing Lightning components is desired.
  • Proficiency in development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, SDLC, and coding methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for all assigned applications.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Experience working in an international and intercultural environment; willingness to travel.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
