Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven recruiter to join our AI Practice Area. This role is dedicated to sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier AI Consultants for our clients. The ideal candidate brings solid technical recruiting experience, is comfortable speaking with senior-level consultants, and can speak to AI-related concepts with credibility.

Your responsibilities include:

• Sourcing AI Candidates: Utilize our database, job boards, networking platforms, and referrals to identify and attract highly qualified AI professionals.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI talent, including AI Consultants, and AI specialists in emerging technologies.
• Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
• Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
• Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.
• Market Awareness: Stay current on AI trends, tools, and talent landscapes to effectively position opportunities and engage top talent.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, ideally within AI, data science, or emerging technology domains.
• Experience working in the staffing industry.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and the ability to speak confidently with senior-level consultants and technical experts.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
