About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to provide strategic, faith-driven leadership and advance its mission of supporting the spiritual, educational, and social needs of the community. The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic, embodying the organization's values and culture, and will be responsible for overall organizational performance, public presence, and philanthropic success. The role also requires the ability to anticipate and adapt to change, communicate a clear path forward, and hold the organization accountable to its transformation goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive and governance leadership, be results-driven, and demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness with a focus on resilience.
