Type : Part-Time to Full-Time | W2 Employment
Pay : $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Coach who’s ready to inspire, lead, and help people feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered — all while being part of a fun, supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead small group training sessions (2–4 people) with energy and expertise
• Customize programs to meet individual goals within group settings
• Deliver a motivating, client-centered experience — every session
• Greet clients by name, provide encouragement, and build community
• Prep and clean the studio before and after sessions
• Share ongoing gym offers and events with excitement (no hard sales)

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Certified in Personal Training
• Experienced in strength training & coaching
• Energetic, professional, and team-oriented
• A great communicator who lifts others up
• Humble, hungry to learn, and aligned with our values
• Comfortable balancing exceptional service with business awareness
• Bonus: Background in team sports and/or bodybuilding

Expectations:

• Arrive 10 minutes early, prepped and in uniform
• Stay engaged — no sitting or phone use during class
• Offer clear, safe instruction and hands-on cues (with permission)
• Promote a fun, safe, and clean workout environment
• End classes on time, with high-fives and client progress tracking
