About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing parts inventory, coordinating orders, and ensuring that technicians and customers receive the right parts on time. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and track parts orders.
Maintain well-organized parts inventory, including stocking, labeling, and tracking.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
Ensure timely distribution of parts to technicians and customers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department.
Must have an up-to-date resume
Qualifications:
Previous experience in parts coordination, warehouse, or inventory management preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
