Part-Time Daycare Assistant Morning Shift (ABA Preferred)
Location: Farmington, MI
Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 12:00 Noon
Compensation: Based on experience, education, and qualifications

Role Description
Were seeking a caring and dependable Part-Time Daycare Assistant to join our morning team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, has patience and compassion, and wants a consistent part-time schedule. Experience with ABA therapy is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in toddler and preschool classrooms during morning routines.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support, especially for children with additional learning needs.
• Help children with activities, snack time, and transitions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
• Support emotional development and positive behavior.
• Build relationships with children, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• TB test and background check required.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus.
• Warm, dependable, and passionate about early childhood development.
