Join to apply for the Part-Time Brand Ambassadors role at Cirona Labs 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Part-Time Brand Ambassadors role at Cirona Labs Overview: The Part Time Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving brand awareness through executing Pop Ups in Dispensaries, ensuring outlets are perfectly merchandised with our POS, and supporting the sales team to educate budtenders and consumers about our products. The role covers dispensaries in New York State, focusing on building brand awareness for Canabals, Kings Road, and Lay Up. Reporting to the sales coordinator, responsibilities include outreach, education, visual merchandising, event representation, and campaign support. Candidates should have cannabis industry experience or related fields, strong communication skills, and be motivated and detail-oriented. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develop understanding of Cirona Labs' products and educate customers effectively. Represent the brand in the market and support sales efforts to convert consumers. Maintain a list of accounts for outreach to increase sales volume and improve in-store execution. Support brand awareness and B2B engagement initiatives. Provide visual merchandising and product placement support. Conduct budtender training sessions to promote education and awareness. Gather market insights, feedback, and report to leadership. Execute marketing tasks in line with brand standards. Create content for customers' web pages and social media channels. Represent Cirona Labs at trade shows, expos, and activations. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns to increase traffic and market share. Use the occasions calendar to prioritize brand activities with marketing assets. Administrative Work Research cannabis events and trends regularly. Prepare reports on training sessions and events, including feedback. Maintain educational materials and a toolkit for field activities. Update CRM with customer interactions daily. Basic Qualifications At least 2 years in customer service, sales, or promotional roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with adaptability to fast-paced environments. Willingness to learn about cannabis laws and compliance. Excellent communication skills. Strong aesthetic sense and brand presentation skills. Experience in the legal cannabis industry preferred but not required. Must be 21 or older, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions And Physical Effort Exposure to dust, fumes, extreme temperatures, noise, and hazards. Use of PPE provided by Cirona Labs. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical activities as required. High stress tolerance and flexibility in changing environments.
