A Day in the Life of an Assistant General Manager: Supervise daily operations, ensuring standards and policies are met. Lead and support team training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Requirements At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old.
