*Overview*
Carl F. Riedell & Son, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Licensed Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in electrical work, with a strong background in residential and light commercial construction. This role requires a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable electrical work.

*Responsibilities*

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in primarily residential, with some commercial and industrial settings.
* Work closely with HVAC installers and other departments on integrated projects.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using diagnostic equipment, logic controllers, and testing tools.
* Ensure compliance with NEC regulations, local building codes, and company safety standards.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within scope.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

*Qualifications*

* Licensed Journeyperson Electrician with proven field experience.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and installation techniques.
* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment.
* Familiarity with NEC standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
