Our client, a leading provider in the retail industry, is seeking an Experienced Paint Store Retail Associate to join their team. As a Paint Store Retail Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting customer satisfaction and product excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Experienced Paint Store Retail Associate

Location: Pomona, NY

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM & Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Greet customers promptly and provide excellent service.
• Assist customers in selecting paint products and matching or mixing custom colors.
• Operate our point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales and returns.
• Load customer orders and help with heavy buckets of paint (must be able to lift up to 70 lbs).
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 70 lbs).
• Comfortable with mixing paint and learning color matching techniques (training provided).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to operate our POS system.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional deliveries.
