Dyno operators will meet in the team room to start the day, go through a brief overview for the day - any emails/communications they need to talk about; they are given a schedule/site to go to and that site has their assignment and the test they need to run; they will be running tests on their own, escalating to team lead if they need help with any troubleshooting.
These roles are about 50% computer – 50% hands on.
Primary responsibilities include set-up and perform emission testing on vehicles, Evaluating results, and recommending corrective action.
We are hiring for all three shifts: everyone will start on 1st shift for 8 weeks to go through training. After training they will be assigned to an off shift or may stay on first shift.
1st/2nd shift are 4 x 10s Sun - Wed or Wed – Sat: 1st – 6AM-4:30PM; 2nd shift 4PM-2:30AM
3rd Shift: Mon-Fri 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· Outstanding interpersonal and relationship leadership skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed
· Emerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
Preferences:
· Associates degree
· 2+ years in Dynamometer Testing / Lab Operations Setup
· Experience with AVL, Horiba or Burke Porter
· Understanding of Global Manufacturing System principles
