What You’ll Do  

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate energy efficiency needs and recommend tailored solutions. 
• Educate homeowners on cost-saving benefits of solar, roofing, HVAC upgrades, windows, and doors. 
• Perform basic roof and home inspections to support accurate recommendations. 
• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the sales process from consultation to installation completion. 
• Maintain strong client relationships, generating referrals and repeat business. 
• Participate in team sales meetings to sharpen skills and stay ahead of industry trends. 

What We’re Looking For  

• Passionate about helping homeowners save money while upgrading their homes. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Extensive paid training is provided. 
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by financial success. 
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends. 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections.
