We're hiring a full-time Diesel Technician - Heavy Truck Mechanic to join our family-first team in West Columbia, SC-and this could be the best move of your career!

Job Snapshot:

• Pay: $22–$40+ per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses
• Schedule: Full-time with on-call responsibilities

Our Ideal Diesel Technician - Heavy Truck Mechanic:

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (5+ years is preferred)
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox
• Physical ability to lift/move 50 lbs and work in active shop/roadside environments
• Strong diagnostic skills and the grit to handle tough jobs
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends if on-call
• A team player with a great "get-it-done" attitude

ASE certs are a bonus, but not required- we'll help you get certified !

The Work You'll Do:

You won't be stuck turning the same bolts day after day. At Road-1 Inc., no two days are the same. One moment you'll be in the shop handling in-depth diagnostics with OEM tools, the next you could be out on the road saving the day for a fleet in crisis. As our Diesel Technician - Heavy Truck Mechanic, you'll:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of diesel trucks and equipment
• Pivot between shop work, road calls, and on-site fleet jobs
• Use top-tier tools and your own skills to own the fix
