\n \nWhat You’ll Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL
\n \n- Program & Optimize CNC Machines – Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations.
\n- Lead Through Knowledge – Train, mentor, and support machinists to elevate production standards.
\n- Solve Complex Problems – Analyze blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for maximum efficiency.
\n- Innovate for Efficiency – Develop process layouts that improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase machining capabilities.
\n \nWhat We’re Looking For
\n✔️ Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related field
\n✔️ 2+ years of CNC programming experience (Advanced degree preferred)
\n✔️ Mastery of G and M codes, CAD/CAM software (CREO, SolidWorks a plus)
\n✔️ Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (GD&T)
\n✔️ U.S. citizenship required (Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance)
