About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and dynamic Chief of Staff at the Associate Director level. This key role involves close partnership with the Executive Director to address the organization's most critical opportunities and projects, driving strategic goals, and facilitating organizational learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for external engagement, including relationship building and communications, and will have high visibility with various stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will also manage special projects, support the Executive Director in all aspects of running a nonprofit, and contribute to the development and communication of strategic organizational goals.
