About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its well-established nonprofit organization. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing a bold, multi-year strategic plan to expand programs, locations, and partnerships, with a focus on increasing the number of adults served and ensuring long-term sustainability. This role requires a strategic visionary who can align teams and resources, a compelling communicator and advocate for adult literacy, and a people-centered leader who can nurture talent and build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will also be an experienced fundraiser and relationship-builder, capable of growing and diversifying revenue across multiple channels, and a savvy nonprofit manager with a proven track record in leading social impact initiatives.
