The Bilingual Spanish Agent provides customer service and sales support by handling inbound calls from insurance policyholders and prospective clients, assisting with insurance needs in both English and Spanish. The role involves educating customers on insurance products, identifying opportunities for additional sales, and resolving service-related inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused approach within a fast-paced insurance environment.
Our Bilingual/Spanish Representative team starts between $37,000 - $40,000 per year ($18.00 - $19.25 an hour which includes $.50 an hour in onsite differential plus $1 language differential) plus bonus.
