Youth Minister

Providing financial support to indigent students through payment of tuition to individuals or families who are poor, of low income or in need.
Provide religious education, spiritual guidance, and moral support for young adult in the church and community.
Conduct outreach activities and facilitate community involvement in schools and other youth groups in the community.
Create interactive platforms for mentor-ship and Christian discipleship for young adults.
Establish strong relationships with the youth of our church, maximizing ministry impact in their lives.
Facilitate career classes, youth programme, student fellowship and life discussions for youths.
Prepare, monitor and control the annual youth budget as approved by the church board.
Participate in staff meetings, one-on-one meetings with the Lead Pastor necessary to lead an effective youth ministry.
